We demolished an existing property to leave just 3 walls as a shell to create 2 new semi detached properties.

This construction created 2 semi detached properties. All internal walls were demolished to form new room layouts completely, including a new party wall. 16 RSJ steels were installed that inluded compleax welding to create the initial structure. Our engagement included full remit to final decoration.
