A single story rear & side extension with 8 meter bi-fold doors and zinc roof.

To comply with planning regulations and to maintain head height within the new build, the extension needed to be constructed to a specific height restriction. This required the immediate ground levels to be excavated to a depth of one meter and all new external walls to be ‘tanked’ with waterproof membrane. The end result is a stunning open plan kitchen, diner, lounge.
